We are committed to assisting our employees during this difficult time and will provide local management support and full service.Tronox estimates that it will incur approximately $130-$160 million in restructuring and other related charges, primarily over the next 18 months, including $55-$65 million of non-cash write-downs related to the idling of facilities. Cost savings are expected to exceed $30 million per year from 2026 onwards. The cost savings from the idling of the Botlek facility are comparable to the Company's previously identified $125-$175 million of sustainable run-rate cost improvements to be delivered by the end of 2026.The Botlek facility is expected to be idled for a period of three years from 2026 onwards, with a total cost of approximately $150 million.
