Infernal Hordes Gameplay Breakdown
- Waves of Enemies
The core of Infernal Hordes Mode revolves around surviving waves of enemies. Each tier adds an extra wave, with enemies becoming more powerful as you progress. You'll need to eliminate foes efficiently to unlock Aetheric Events, which provide opportunities to gain buffs, called Boons, and other resources.
- Aetheric Events
These randomized mini-events are scattered throughout each wave. Completing them grants powerful benefits, such as increased attack speed, elemental resistance, or extra damage. Aetheric Events can also spawn rare elite enemies, which drop high-value Diablo 4 Items and Burning Aether.
- The Fell Council Boss Battle
After completing all waves, you'll face the Fell Council. This encounter is the ultimate test, featuring multiple bosses with Durial admissions unique mechanics. Defeating the Fell Council rewards you with a treasure trove of Diablo 4 Gold and rare loot, making your efforts worthwhile.
